Coordinated zoning and development permit applications for the Craig Bay Resort Hotel at Parksville, BC. The 90 Room Full Service Hotel and 23 Unit Resort Condominium Development is planned to open in the Spring of 2001.

THE FINANCIAL CONCEPT GROUP - Financial Planning Consultant

Provided financial planning to clients of the Financial Concept Group, an independent financial planning and services organization that manages over $2.5 billion in assets.

CRAIG BAY ESTATES - Project Coordinator

Coordinated initial zoning and development permit applications for the development of a 500-unit townhouse and golf course project located in Parksville, BC. Also implemented a joint venture marketing plan and partnership agreement with Intrawest Development Corporation (Intracorp Developments Ltd.)

UNITED PROPERTIES LTD. - Project Coordinator

Coordinated project development and sales for the Snowy Creek and Forest Trails, exclusive condominium developments located at the Resort on Blackcomb Mountain, Whistler, BC.

GREEN LAKE GOLF CORPORATION - Partner

Initiated the concept plan for a golf course and resort development in Whistler, BC. The project was subsequently developed by Burrard International as a Jack Nicklaus championship golf course resort complex and residential development.

LEADERSHIP '86 - Convention Coordinator

Liased with the BC Social Credit Party, the Whistler Resort Association, the Whistler Convention Centre, and the Whistler Resort Municipality for the 1986 Leadership Convention which was hosted by the Whistler Resort.

WINTERFEST '84 - General Manager

Managed a week-long winter festival sponsored by the Whistler Resort Association, the Resort Municipality of Whistler, Whistler Mountain Ski Corporation, and Blackcomb Skiing Enterprises Ltd. - ending with a World Cup Downhill race on Whistler Mountain.

WHISTLER VALLEY HOUSING SOCIETY - General /Project Manager

Managed the development and construction of 62 housing units built to provide affordable accommodation for Whistler employees.

WHISTLER VILLAGE INNS LTD. PARTNERSHIP - Partner

Coordinated the Powder Lodge and the Keg Lodge development project, a 67-unit condominium/hotel project built in the Whistler Village, Whistler, BC.

KEG AT THE MOUNTAIN & BRANDY'S - Partner

Coordinated development of this 150-seat restaurant and 75-seat bar located in the Whistler Village Inn, Whistler, BC.

MORAN CONSTRUCTION LTD. - President

Coordinated the contracting and construction of recreational housing and condominiums in Whistler, BC.

CAPILANO HIGHLAND REALTY - Sales Coordinator

Coordinated the rezoning and subdividing of large acreages in the Pemberton Valley and their subsequent marketing.
